Refund & Cancellation Policy

DecivantIQ offers subscription plans for teams and organizations using our decision execution platform. We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a refund under the following conditions.

New subscriptions are eligible for a full refund if requested within 14 days of the initial purchase and if the account has not substantially used the AI generation or data processing features. After the 14-day period, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until that date. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

Annual plans that are cancelled early are not eligible for a partial refund unless otherwise specified in your agreement. For questions about refunds or cancellations, contact hello@decivantiq.com.
